The KX-3300 is a wide band folded dipole designed to operate on all frequencies from 1.8 MHz to 30 MHz. On the amateur bands no ATU should be necessary to achieve an SWR of 3:1 or better.
The antenna can be installed horizontally, as an inverted V, or as a sloper with the lower end at close to ground level.
